i've been hearing about it. when it does come out, will we have to buy it or will it be like a patch..

First of all, i have it from the horse's mouth, ie. Tovy (Executive Producer) that there will be NO JnG 2, at least there are no plans to make it as yet. :cry:

JnG Gold, the new game, will be like an expansion of JnG, with "a few new levels" >Tovy.

i'd like there to be at least one new gun and a new ship to play with, so here's hoping.

I would also like anyone who uses this forum to post any news they have about future JnG games on the forum.

Damn. Well I hope that some day there will be a J.N.G 2. I've haven't even got the full game yet but just from the demo I can tell just how fantastic the game is. (Seriously got no money for it, haven't even got the net at home any more).

JnG Gold will be out middle of year hopefully, at earliest.

Will feature new weapons and levels.

Will be cool!

This is all stuff I've heard from Tovy, ie. Pavel Tovarys, Executive Producer.

He says the dev team are all real busy trying to get it done, but also have other projects.

I'll let whoever is interested know anything else i hear, when I hear it, via the forum. :lol:

JNG GOLD is expansion for JNG. It will expand the game just the way LoD expanded Diablo 2 for instance. There will be new levels, enemies and weapons and features and fixes gathered from players, but still on the base of JNG.

JNG 2 (if we ever create it) would be a completely new game. We have some ideas, how to improve the whole concept, but it is much too soon for such thinking.

jj, I dont think so. I am sure that it is a lot easier to expand JnG
than making a completely new game. And faster. If they would starting
making JnG2 right now, I dont think that it would be released this year.
So lets have JnG Gold first, and then begging for more

Expansion can be out this year, if everything goes smoothly. New game would took maybe 2 years to create. That's why we start with the expansion and then we'll see, what next.

Skydart, look at the credits how many people usualy works in cretaing game, it very hard and took a lot of time. RakeInGrass is not so numerous team, so don't be suprised...

I will wait even 10 years :twisted:
