So I placed the Skull , Right hand, Left hand and boots to the right areas and and got the confirmation that its right by the torches being lit

Yet before I go through the teleport, I cant get through.

What gives, possible bug? and I missing something here?

Any help is appreciated

I had to kill the Stone Golem before I could advance
