I have been stucked for days walking all over the royal tombs and still not been able to open the door (3,9)

I do not know what I missed and have been walking in circles. I have done the Stone Golem, the arranging of the Royal Poet bones, the flute and "nis" and "oghal". The only wrong I suspect is the arranging of the bones. Every other of the 3 guardian will lit up the torches.

I have been using the handbook with spoiler alert to play this quest. Still the torches will not light. I tried swapping the left and right hands, the head and boots. nothing seem to work.

Did I missed something?

It's hard to help. It works here, I just tried. And I can't tell what exactly you did, so it's impossible to say, if it is a bug or you missed something. 2 options for you:

1) Use a cheat to end this chapter and get to the next. You won't miss anything important as you are at the very end of the chapter.
2) You can send us your savegame to investigate more, but there's a catch. You need a special app to get saves out of iphone/ipad. And there's no guarantee this will lead to solution as it is impossible to get fixed save back to iphone. But in case it is your mistake and not a bug, we could tell you what to do next.
