The labels on the map are really cool. However, it would be even cooler if I could actually make my own notes on the map. Maybe you could add another icon to the right that looks like a thumb tack, and when that's on you can place tacks on the map which you can attach text to. Clicking on an already established tack would let you read the text, as well as being able to edit or delete it. This is a feature that seems to be very much in demand yet not implemented in any PPC RPG that I'm aware of.

Yes, I know this from PC games like Divine Divinity and others. Nice feature, little hard to implement. I'll put it on the list of wanted features.
